Very tasty food and great evenings. Private as well as business at the Christmas party with the company. Creative, varied dishes, also for vegetarians. Always my pleasure.

I haven't given a review for a long time, almost a year to be honest. But I would like to share what I experienced, because it really cost me the most beautiful day. My wedding day. I don't recommend this "restaurant". Due to a quick wedding date, we had to find a restaurant within 2 months that could serve a wedding party at short notice and provide space. As this restaurant was recommended to us by friends, we asked there. Since the landlord did not want to accept a closed company, we had to share this room with the regular business. It was ok for us. My husband had a look at the space with him beforehand, but it was still divided differently from how it was finally presented to us. But good was also ok. I've also worked in a restaurant myself, but I've never seen anything like it in my life. Not at any wedding, in any restaurant ... After a short time we were no longer served, guests were rarely given drinks. From 8.30 p.m. almost none. You noticed that the service was totally overwhelmed with the regular operation and society. A wine list was given to each guest, although we said to him at the beginning that we would like to choose the wine to eat with us that should be on the table. Of course, the guests didn't choose the cheapest. This is really incompetent. Everything has to be agreed with the couple beforehand. It is a must-have! After all, they also get the bill! But good. Nothing was worse than the service itself, unfriendly personalities who constantly blasphemed behind the counter and wanted to get rid of us with glances ... Our band was allowed to play 2 hours later than agreed at 10 p.m. As long as we just had to dismount, we couldn't do anything but sit around and wait ... Say after it was all right for the regular guests. Or. When most were gone ... We were able to start celebrating. From then on it was really ready, the waitress left. They just wanted us to disappear as quickly as possible ... They didn't say it, but let it be felt ... What they wanted was to make a lot of money quickly, it wasn't about the customer for a second. The restaurant was really very expensive for what it offered. Have a quick meal for a citizen, ok. But that day I really got to know this restaurant and will not move my foot in there in my life ... I don't have fond memories of the evening. As a bride I just sat in the corner and hoped that it would soon end and that I could disappear from this building ... From this nightmare. The food was secondary, and honestly it was ok. It hurts me when I attend other weddings that were priced in the same category and the staff really cared about the company. Really offered something for that too! For me, what was supposed to be my best day turned into a nightmare. I can list a lot more than that, because I still do not understand this behavior and I would like to thank you for the day that I would most like to delete from my life.

Friendly welcome, beautiful rooms and good breakfast. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant and enjoyed how the cook was preparing the meat. It was enjoyable.

As always a pleasure, the meat is fresh and cooked to the point. The sauces are homemade, the bread as well, you can literally taste the effort where the team from the Höllsteiner Hof makes itself for their guests. One of the top addresses, not just in stones, but in the entire region.

Have been to the Höllsteiner Hof for dinner several times and everything is just right: The quality of the food and drinks, the ambience, the service is very attentive and loving, the price-performance ratio fits well and, above all, the currently necessary measures are very well implemented in my opinion. You just feel very comfortable and very safe under the given circumstances. Really a great team, everyone, and we'd love to do it again!

The food was delicious, the steaks came from the grill - great. Unfortunately, the order / serve two things were confused or wrong and the dessert in the menu was forgotten, but all in all, a good conclusion. We'll definitely be back, even if it's not around the corner.

The food was very good and the ambience is very good we were there with a group of 14 people The salad in front was great, the meat was very good to the point. Parking directly on the street and in the yard. The only drawback, we had to order drinks more often because they were constantly forgotten. Still highly recommended. Cozy and pleasant place.

The place is very nice and the staff polite and friendly even when it is full. They give you a very good appetizer and the meat is really excellent, even if every now and then in my humble opinion they exaggerate a little with salt. There is a large parking lot and also a small playground for the children. Will definitely come back.

This hotel is the Diamond in this small German village. The steak and burger cooked on grill is perfect and juicy!! The foods are 'state of art!'. The hotel is very clean and have comfortable bed and pillow. The host and employees are very friendly, no problem communicate in english. I give just five stars as I can't give ten.

i visited twice. the place is very perfect for a team lunch. and especially they have a live casting from their kitchen so the guest can see how their dish is prepared... super place..... but better u have ur own transport.

Pros: I stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and what a great place to stay! The hotelier Alex has done an amazing job of creating a welcoming environment suitable for travelers on business or holiday. The rooms are quaint and very clean (huge plus for me). There is an amazing restaurant on site with seating options to include inside where you can watch your steaks prepared on a large TV or seated outside on the patio enjoying the ambiance and views. The food is fantastic to say the least. Alex is also the chef and he does a spectacular job creating exciting dishes that not only look great, but taste amazing!!! Seriously great!!! Last but certainly not least... the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. They knew us by name, which makes me, the guest, feel very welcomed and at home. I applaud the staff for their efforts, especially Alex, Helga, Doris and Angelica. Bravo! Cons: In an effort to offer constructive criticism, the only critique I can give is that although the hotel offers WLAN or WIFI internet, the signal is very poor and worked about 30% of the time during my 2 week stay. Upgrading to a more robust WLAN system would allow travelers from abroad to watch things like Netflix since there isn't many English-speaking TV channels. Just a minor detail... Overall: The Hotel Hollsteiner Hof is an amazing place and by far the best hotel to stay in the area. If you are looking for a quiet, clean hotel with a great staff and an awesome restaurant; make this place your final destination!!!
